I use my masai bike almost every morning to start the day! It is so incredibly quiet..I mean you dont hear a thing!
The Led Screed makes a long beep when you have completed the time you entered to exercise. So it will count backwards if you enter an amount of time to stay on the bike..otherwise you can simply just start from zero and it will count up and keep count of how long you are on the bike, calories burned, heart rate and speed. Not sure how accurate it is, but its close enough.
It is a bit heavy to lug around from room to room, but you can do it if you really must. I just keep it in the same spot.

I am using this cycle to do daily exercise without needing to be outside in the colder weather. It is convenient, easy to use, give me good data on each ride. I am enjoying using my cycle. The set up required some help from a friend but seemed quite simple.
