Perfect for some daily exercise in the winter.
Wife has bad knee and low impact for her and will be good rehab after her knee replacement.

We plan on using this for fitness and weight loss but not sure 2 different people of different height can use it, to adjust is really hard, now that it is put together and taken apart to fix the tension it works good, just don't change the adjustment, I have to have help doing that.
I would recommend this to a friend only if one person will be using it.

    When choosing this bike I was concerned that the reviews said difficult to adjust. I realized though I am pretty much the only one to use it so that didn't matter. It is difficult sliding the frame to lengthen or shorten distance from seat to pedal so if it will require multiple adjustments (several users) I would advise looking at other bikes. Other than that it is exactly what I was looking for and am pleased with my purchase
