Perfect for some daily exercise in the winter.
Wife has bad knee and low impact for her and will be good rehab after her knee replacement.

      Used to build up leg muscles of my mother after 2 seperate surgeries on each hip in the last 2 years,it is very easy for her to get in and out of, love the side handles on seat, good for her getting up and down from seat. wonderful assest. haven't found anything I don't like yet. IT is safe and easy to use for a senior who doesn't get around so well.

        I just got it and use this everyday! Just for size reference: I am 5'4 195lbs, my fiancee is 6'1, 205lbs and my daughter is 5'3. We all can ride it comfortably and it feels nice and sturdy. It is so easy & convenient to just hop on every chance I get! It is very quiet so I watch TV while riding it and before I know it I will have gone 5 miles on it easy! It has taken "watching TV" to whole new level for me!!! I figure it is better than sitting my butt on the couch watching TV!! I have noticed my energy level throughout the day is much more stable and when I get home after work I will get on it for at least 10 minutes and it seems to give me that little extra energy to get dinner going and some housework done!! Very happy with the price and performance!! No regrets!!
