I really love this bike. It's compact so it doesn't take up too much space, really easy to set up (all tools included with bike, easy directions, comes with batteries for the display, also), easy to use, quiet, and for exercise purposes it's just as good of a work out as any other stationary bikes I've used. Doesn't have as many frills as other bikes (heart rate monitor, built in fan), but it's really shaved off commuting time to the gym, and allows me to work out in the mornings before I shower. It's very quiet so you can watch T.V. or read or listening to music while you bike, which is nice. You definitely get more than you pay for with this bike, I love owning it.

      i use this product everyday and i simply love it.it is quiet comfortable and most importantly it works great.i got this mainly for my lower back pain and so far so good.i am very limited on what i can do for excercise and i finally found that this is the best and only excercise i can do.and i tell you what ,this is all you need because it works great.its a hate love relationship i hate to love it because its excercise.yuk.gotta do what ya gotta do
