We bought this for my mother who was disabled by a severe stroke. It is nearly impossible to get her to do her rehab exercise most of the time because she gets distracted and feels defeated too quickly. With this cycle she can just pop her feet in and move her muscles anytime - we just keep it by her feet and it is so easy (and fun) for her that she is finally getting some regular exercise. We are so happy.

Comments about Stamina InStride Cycle XL:
Easy assembly, does a good job of kicking heart rate up. Center between pedals heats up but this is disclosed with a warning label. Perfect for those with space concerns. Only cons would be the tension knob is average and can get a bit noisy at its tightest. Otherwise, have been pleased with this product

Comments about Stamina InStride Cycle XL:
I only had one problem. I had to file down the lip (the back side and sides) to get the timer to slide down in place. I used a nail file.

Comments about Stamina InStride Cycle XL:
I purchased this to use under my desk at work. There is only enough clearance for my knees if I have it way back and stretch my legs to reach to pedals. The tension setting really doesn't do much to make you work harder. It doesn't seem to be tightening much at all. For the price, it is okay. I won't be able to use it as much as I would have liked because of where I have to place it. My transaction process and shipping with Hayneedle was excellent.
