I bought this for my husband who is disabled and needed to strenghthen his legs & arms - it is perfect for him without too much strain. We had another bike but was too low to the floor & hard for him to get down to - this one is a perfect height & much easier for him to use. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone.

Casual work out but getting addicted. The more you get on bike the more you want to work out. Great bike for beginners. You can exercise with arms and legs then take your hands off handles, let your arms rest while you keep on peddling. Very steady without your hands on handles. I am really surprised at the quality for the money. I am really pleased with purchase.

This was purchased to add to my workout routine in bad weather and winter. I work out everyday, running, elipical machine, walking, and weather permitting bicycling outdoors. This is to add to my daily workout sessions. This is a lightweight heavy duty upright bike that is exactly what I am looking for. I bought the same bike for my 80 year old mother who works out on it 4 to 5 times daily (15 minutes) She has lost weight and maintain a good heart rate for her health. She has had 5 stints placed around her heart. She feels good and appears pretty healthy.This bike is sturdy and gives you a good work out. I would suggest you go to a local [@] etc. and purchase a nice bicycle seat cover (gel) to be more comfortable during longer workouts. It works out great. I plan to use this as an added daily workout during anytime of the day I desire. Being over 60 and not on medication as of this time, I am hoping to maintain good healthy heart and work on weight loss to feel better. I have used it for over an hour workout and it does give you a good workout and raises your heart rate. Only wear bicycle pants and/or buy a gel bicycle seat cover. I already did this for my mother. She is happy with her bike, which she has had it over now a year. I likewise like this one. It is sturdy and quiet. I highly recommend this product

Ordered the Bike 11/27/11. Promised quick free delivery. Received the Bike 11/29/11 and put it together less than 2 hours. It was easy to put together. The only issue I had was opening the odometer to place the battery. I was afraid of breaking the plastic box. I call the service department and there helped me through the process. The instructions did not explain how it opened. Very pleased with company, service, delivery and the product.
