Monark 874E Aerobic Weight Ergometer

The Monark 874E Aerobic Weight Ergometer allows you to collect fitness data in the comfort of your own home. This ergometer uses a patented, self-regulating braking system that never needs calibration. To adjust the resistance, the user merely adds weights to the weight basket, with 1 kg, 0.5 kg, and 0.1 kg sizes and a workload range of 1 kg to 12 kg. The 874E measures your heart rate and other details, with an electronic meter displaying pedal revolutions per minute, heart rate, time, speed, distance, calories burned, and cycle power. Supplementary software includes protocols for VO2 max and SubMax Testing.
