Comments about Schwinn 140 Upright Exercise Bike:

I use the product 4-5 days a week for 45-60 minutes per session. The bike is very sturdy, and has an excellent assortment of programs to choose from. Further, you can definitely reach challenging levels of resistance. The computer is relatively easy to use, though setting up independent users can be somewhat tricky. The seat is relatively uncomfortable, can be exchanged out. I was hoping the handlebars would be adjustable in both vertical (height) and horizontal (to make it more like a spinning bike) directions, but is only adjustable in the vertical position. The heart rate monitor is spotty - but occasionally works well. Overall, an excellent bike for the price.

Comments about Schwinn 140 Upright Exercise Bike:

I survived a motorcycle crash and wasn't able to workout for a year and a half and my cardiac health began to deteriorate. I am under 40 and consider myself to very active but my doctor suggested that coming out of the surgeries, I start with low impact workouts like swimming or biking; traditional bikes just don't cut it. If you are serious about your heart, you have to get a bike which has multiple resistance levels and a hear monitor, this bike fit the bill both in terms of what it does and what it cost. Could not be more happier with the purchase.
