should look into purchasing this unit.

I have to say the service was excellent. Delivery was on time and subsquent damaged parts (pulse sensor plate) arrived within a week. The six programs are good for the average user. I'm glad that I read the reviews on assembling the tension cable thanks for the info. great help. It would have been nice if the seat adjustment was spring loaded since you can not see the holes when sliding the seat up or down. I did my homework and looked at several bikes. For the price you can't beat it.....

Before I bought this bike, I purchased a famous name-brand stationary bike. The famous name-brand bike cost twice as much as this one, was much harder to assemble, and not nearly as sturdy. Worst of all, it was defective and had to be returned to the company.
The Stamina 5325 was my next purchase and I am delighted with it. First, it was easy to assemble and I did the entire job alone. The instructions were mostly clear, except for one section concerning the connection of the tension wire. I called the company and within minutes, a salesperson told me how to do it.
The bike is easy to move (it has rollers on one end), yet is sturdy and well balanced enough that an adult man or woman can place his/her entire weight on one peddle without any tipping.
It's very quiet, the seat is comfortable and it doesn't take up very much room. It's electronic display is clear and runs on batteries. It can be programmed in a variety of ways at different levels of difficulty. It's only shortcoming is that its handle bars are not adjustable.

Well built exercise bike. It was from easy to confusing instructions for assebly, but we finally got it. It seems well balanced and sturdy and I am obese and am comfortable riding.

This is lightweight yet STURDY bike, very user friendly, and you have a wider range of work out levels. Being a treadmill walker for years, I noticed that to ride a bike is a whole new experience for my muscles and I can imagine another bike might have discouraged me right away. This one allows even the most novice to get their heartrate up--just ease into it. If you're strong and experienced, don't worry--at all levels the difficulty increases as you speed up so you'll still get a great workout. My husband put it together, but didn't seem to think it was that difficult. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANKS! Also, arrived exactly as stated.

Q1: Can the seat and handle bars be adjusted on this bike?
A: The seat height can be adjusted but not the handle bars.
Q2: Can the resistance be adjusted manually, or must you use one of the six programs?
