I use this every night I started for 4 minutes, I had a knee replacement. That was tough but I got through it. I am now up to 15 minutes, I do it twice a night. Last night I adjusted to a heavier tension. I do work on the bike at the community center in my town. But that bike does not do what this one does. I have had this bike for 4 weeks now and have lost 2 inches in my waist, my upper arms are getting toned as well. I can tell he difference on my knee and elsewhere, when I don't use it. I love it! I have told several friends and family about this bike also. We go country dancing and now I am almost up to 90% on the dancing. No pain in the morning. The surgery was 6 months ago.Dancer

I love, love, love this exercise bike! I usually ride outdoors, but when the weather isn't good, I miss my ride. Now I can ride whenever I want, it's a good workout for my arms as well. This was the missing piece that I needed to keep me on track, and the best investment I've made in a while. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I bought the bike for my hubby and it's great. The seat is a little hard but not too horrible. Some parts were hard to turn the bolts to setup. Other then that it was not hard to setup at all. I tried it out and it's great and I was very happy with the purchase. Great price too. Didn't want to spend too much because I don't know how much he will really use it (like most at home exercisers) but it's a great bike and a great price.

This bike is good for upper and lower body work out.If you don't have a bike or can't get outside.I'm trying to get back into working out, I use it along with weights and the treadmill for a complete exercise.Bad part the seat need to be more padded,It's a little loud but no pain no gain.

Overall I like this bike, especially the price for what you get. I found scooting back on the seat helps it from being so uncomfortable. A cushion may help. Make sure there is little slop in the chain to keep the bearings from burning up. Mine was very tight and after 12 min. of riding the first time, you could smell the grease from the brgs. I use this 15 min. a day, 4 days a week for about 4 mo. now ,still works like new.
